Background: Surgical removal of impacted mandibular third molars is a common procedure in oral and maxillofacial surgical practice with undesirable consequences such as pain swelling that have major concern for most patients. This study aimed to investigate the impact age gender on postoperative intensity experienced by patients following molar surgery (M3MS). Material Methods: The involved 46 underwent extraction under local anesthesia. visual analogue scale measured seven consecutive days after surgery. Results: After M3MS, severity day surgery, while facial reaching maximum first day. It was found influence degree insignificant. Conclusion: Pain M3MS peaked respectively mild moderate intensity, it subsided gradually minimal levels 7. Short-term outcomes respect degrees were be similar, seems independent both’ gender.
